We are now online!! The Patient Portal is a secure website where you can manage your healthcare with our office. Clicking the link above will take you to a private, secure site where you can enter your username and password to get into your “chart.”
In your “chart” you can:
- Update your address/billing information
- Request appointments
- Ask general questions
- Request prescription refills
- Check your lab results
- Receive appointment reminders
- See current and past billing statements
- Update your Medical History, Surgical History and Allergies
We have implemented this online communication for better access and easier care. As you know, we fax prescriptions electronically to your pharmacy. Instead, we can now communicate electronically, like e-mail, with most pharmacies for faster, more reliable communication.
Please note: When using the portal on behalf of someone else, like your child or family member, please make sure to use their login information so the information goes to the right chart.
